I was wondering if you saw the movie that was released, You Don’t know Jack. Jack Kervorkian. He was the notorious “Dr.Death’ that was often portrayed in a negative and bleak way and saw him acting outside state laws. He was sentenced to jail for administering the injection himself on tape which was aired on 60 minutes and they sentenced him for 8 years in prison for 2nd degree murder. Of course they labelled him as a monster but I found after watching the movie and learning about what he actually he did, he was extremely compassionate, caring and consulted directly with the family and filmed that they themselves wish to be put our of their pain. He worked with care and with dignity among the patients and would only administer in serious terminal illnesses where was intense suffering and pain was occuring. He created mechanisms that allowed them to pull the switches on their own life because it was illegal for the doctor to administer it . It was a very thorough and quite accurate depictions. You Don’t Know Jack.
